Accounts Receivable and Credit Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable and Credit Manager to lead our customer receivables function and drive effective working capital management. The role will collaborate closely with Commercial, Finance and Supply Chain teams to ensure efficient financial operations while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement credit management strategies that support growth while limiting financial exposure.
• Review customer credit limits, payment trends and risk profiles to guide commercial decisions.
• Oversee end‑to‑end receivables processes, monitor aging reports and improve cash conversion.
• Ensure billing accuracy, resolve invoice discrepancies and manage customer account reconciliations.
• Identify and implement process improvements through automation and standardisation.
• Prepare periodic performance reports, analyse trends and support month‑end closing activities.
• Build productive relationships with Commercial, Finance, Customer Service, Supply Chain and other functions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in accounts receivable, credit management and collections.
• Strong understanding of credit governance, billing integrity and working‑capital optimisation.
• Ability to analyse financial data, identify risks and propose actionable recommendations.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and a collaborative mindset.
