Administrative Cashier

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Administrative Cashier to join our team. The role combines cash handling, basic accounting tasks and general administrative duties to support daily operations. The successful candidate will ensure accurate financial transactions while delivering high‑quality service to internal and external customers.

Key responsibilities

• Process and record cash, cheque and electronic payments in accordance with company procedures.
• Reconcile daily cash drawers and prepare transaction reports for management.
• Maintain and update financial registers, invoices and receipts.
• Provide administrative assistance such as filing, data entry and handling correspondence.
• Respond to customer inquiries, resolve payment‑related issues and ensure a courteous service experience.
• Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks and support the finance team as needed.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in handling monetary transactions.
• Organised and able to manage multiple administrative tasks simultaneously.
• Good communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Basic numeracy and ability to work with simple financial data.
