Administrative Patient Care Coordinator

About the role

Serenity Healthcare is looking for an Administrative Patient Care Coordinator to work from its Ghana contact centre. The role involves handling reminder calls and SMS, processing fax referrals, and maintaining accurate patient records while following strict confidentiality and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound reminder calls using approved scripts, confirm appointment details, and document outcomes.
• Review and respond to reminder‑related SMS messages, ensuring accurate and professional communication.
• Process incoming fax referrals, enter patient and referral data into systems, and flag missing or conflicting information.
• Work across multiple computer systems, update patient information, and maintain productivity and exception records.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken and written English with clear telephone communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail for names, dates, phone numbers, and patient data.
• Dependable attendance and ability to work onsite 8 am‑5 pm, Monday‑Friday.
• At least one year of experience in customer service, contact‑center operations, or healthcare administration.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience using email and internet browsers for data entry.
• Ability to type quickly and accurately, passing an on‑site typing assessment.
