Medical Sales Representative

About the role

The Medical Sales Representative will build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals across Accra and Tema, promoting our products and driving business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with physicians, pharmacists, hospitals and other key healthcare professionals.
• Achieve and, where possible, exceed assigned sales targets and identify new customers and business opportunities.
• Organise and participate in CME sessions, workshops, roundtables, sponsored meetings, congresses and other promotional activities.
• Monitor market developments, customer feedback and competitor activities and provide relevant feedback to the team.
• Prepare accurate weekly activity reports and monthly sales reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Biological Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Health Sciences, Nursing or related life‑sciences discipline.
• 1‑3 years' experience as a Medical/Pharmaceutical Representative or similar healthcare sales role.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship‑building skills with a customer‑focused mindset.
• Target‑driven, self‑motivated, able to work independently and travel within the assigned territory.
• Valid driving licence.
