Bartender

About the role

The Bartender will work at Breezes Beach Resort’s pool bar and other bar outlets, preparing and serving a range of alcoholic and non‑alcoholic drinks to guests. This full‑time, on‑site position requires delivering a high‑quality guest experience in a relaxed beachfront setting.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, take orders, recommend drinks and ensure timely service.
• Prepare cocktails, mocktails and standard bar drinks following established recipes and presentation standards.
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately, balance daily sales and maintain a well‑stocked, clean bar area.
• Collaborate with restaurant and front‑of‑house teams during peak periods and special events.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
• Clear, professional communication skills for interacting with guests and colleagues.
• Previous experience in a bar, restaurant or resort environment is highly beneficial.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Practical bartending skills, including safe preparation of cocktails and mocktails.
• Proficiency in cash handling and operating POS systems.
• Basic knowledge of responsible alcohol service and local regulations.
