About the role
Sage Eatry is looking for a bartender in Accra. The role covers preparing and serving drinks, keeping the bar tidy and handling customer orders and payments, within a full-time position.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to customer orders.
- Welcome customers and give them information about the available drinks.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the bar area.
- Monitor beverage stock and report shortages.
- Handle customer orders and payments accurately where required.
- Follow responsible service practices and alcohol service regulations.
- Keep bar equipment and utensils clean and maintained.
- Provide friendly and professional service to customers.
Required profile
- Previous bartending or hospitality experience is an advantage.
- Knowledge of beverages, cocktails and drink preparation is an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills; honest, attentive and customer-focused.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
