Business Development Officer - Real Estate

About the role

Modern Estate Developers Ltd., which offers land sales, residential and commercial construction, facility management and brokerage services, is hiring a full-time, on-site Business Development Officer in Tema. The person in this role identifies and pursues new business opportunities, builds and maintains client relationships and supports the expansion of the company's real estate portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and follow up on leads to close deals.
• Conduct market research and prepare proposals.
• Coordinate client meetings and ensure high standards of customer service.
• Collaborate with internal teams so that business development strategies align with operational and financial goals.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in real estate, property development or a related industry is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Real Estate or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Tema, manage multiple priorities and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
