Centre & Business Development Manager

About the role

The Centre & Business Development Manager will lead daily operations of The Grin Hub in Nsawam, ensuring smooth facility management, high‑quality learner experiences, and robust enrollment growth. Reporting to the founder, you will turn strategic vision into concrete results through direct sales, community outreach, and efficient team coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Implement established business models and systems with a focus on operational efficiency and timeline adherence.
• Conduct day‑to‑day business development, visiting schools and churches, following up leads, and closing student enrollments.
• Oversee facility operations, equipment upkeep, and manage a 7‑day shift schedule.
• Recruit, onboard, and supervise shift staff, front‑desk personnel, and course tutors to maintain service standards.
• Manage daily budgets, financial tracking, and resource allocations with full transparency.

Required profile

• Prior experience in a lean, fast‑pivoting startup environment with a resourceful, execution‑focused mindset.
• Proven track record as an operational “doer” who optimises workflows and delivers results.
• Confidence in face‑to‑face sales, community engagement, and revenue generation.
• Strong centre‑management skills, including scheduling, facility oversight, and team coordination.
• Excellent organisational, reporting, and digital communication abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Management, or equivalent practical experience.
