Chef – Night Shift

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Chef to join our kitchen team on the night shift (4 pm – 12 am) in Accra. The role involves preparing high‑quality meals, managing inventory, and supporting menu development in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan menu items in consultation with the Director.
• Create recipes and prepare advanced items as needed.
• Start food preparation at the beginning of each shift.
• Prepare a shopping budget and ensure timely procurement of ingredients.
• Maintain food quality standards and ensure timely production.
• Update inventory in the POS system and keep accurate records of waste.
• Perform regular food inventory checks.

Required profile

• Resides in Osu, Labone, Labadi, Cantonments, Teshi or surrounding areas.
• Possesses a valid bank account, ID card and SSNIT number.
• Available to work the night shift (4 pm – 12 am).

What we offer

• Salary ranging from GHS 2,000 to GHS 2,500 per month, paid on the 15th for the previous month.
