Chief Financial Officer – Ghana

About the role

The Chief Financial Officer will lead the financial, supply chain, human resources and procurement functions for CANAL+ Telecom Ghana. Reporting to the Group CFO and the Area General Manager, the CFO ensures financial health, regulatory compliance and operational efficiency across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Manage accounting, treasury, controlling, HR, logistics and service provider teams.
• Implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives and act as a business partner to the CEO.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, consolidation and reporting in line with local regulations and international standards.
• Maintain relationships with banks, tax authorities and financial institutions.
• Supervise HR functions, including recruitment, performance management and compliance with labor laws.
• Develop and execute supply chain strategies to optimise procurement and logistics.

Required profile

• Higher education degree in Finance or Management (e.g., Business School).
• 8‑15 years of senior finance and management control experience, preferably in telecom or consumer goods.
• Proven team‑leadership experience.
• Fluent English and willingness to travel within Africa.
• Strong analytical rigor, honesty and reliability.
