Cleaner

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Cleaner to join our hospitality team in the Accra & Tema region. You will be responsible for maintaining a spotless environment across the bar, dining, kitchen, and washroom areas, ensuring a high standard of hygiene for our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize the bar, dining, kitchen, and other assigned areas.
• Sweep, mop, and maintain floors on a regular basis.
• Wipe down tables, chairs, windows, and other surfaces.
• Maintain washrooms to a high hygiene standard.
• Empty and properly dispose of waste.
• Store cleaning supplies and equipment safely.
• Assist in keeping the overall environment presentable for customers.
• Report any maintenance or cleanliness issues to management.
• Perform additional cleaning duties as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidates are welcome; previous cleaning experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Hardworking, reliable, punctual and able to work efficiently.
• Good attention to detail and physically fit to stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

What we offer

• Full‑time position with a salary range of GHS 600 – GHS 800 per month.
• Work schedule: Saturdays and Sundays, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
