About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional waitress to join our team at HAPPY Program in the Accra & Tema region. You will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring guests enjoy a seamless dining experience from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests and attend to them in a courteous manner.
• Take food and drink orders accurately and serve them promptly.
• Explain menu items, answer customer questions, and suggest specials.
• Maintain clean, organized tables and service areas.
• Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction.
• Handle requests, concerns, and billing efficiently.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service.
• Follow hygiene and customer‑service standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidates with up to 12 months of experience in hospitality or customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Polite, friendly, and customer‑oriented attitude.
• Good personal hygiene and professional appearance.
• Ability to work under pressure during busy periods.
• Strong memory and attention to detail.
• Team player who can work effectively with colleagues.

• Work schedule: Saturdays & Sundays, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
• Competitive salary ranging from GHS 1,000 to GHS 1,200 per month.
