Commercial Asset Mobility & Equipment Manager

About the role

The Commercial Asset Mobility & Equipment Manager will oversee the control, productivity, maintenance, deployment and continuous improvement of all commercial field equipment that enables sales execution across West Africa. Reporting directly to the Sales Director – West Africa, you will be based in Accra and work closely with sales and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of commercial field equipment, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
• Develop and execute maintenance planning, spare‑parts strategies and repair network coordination.
• Control costs, supplier relationships and user accountability for distributed assets.
• Implement and maintain asset tracking, fleet and ERP systems, providing mobile reporting and dashboard insights.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment productivity and support sales targets.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of experience in equipment, fleet, logistics or field service management, preferably in FMCG, telecom, solar or refrigeration sectors.
• Proven track record managing distributed physical assets across multiple locations or branches.
• Strong background in maintenance planning, spare‑parts management, supplier negotiation and cost control.
• Experience working in Ghanaian field conditions is highly valuable.
• Ability to collaborate with sales, operations and technical teams to meet business objectives.
