Country Finance Manager

About the role
The Country Finance Manager will oversee all financial operations for the Accra office, ensuring robust budgeting, accurate reporting, and strict compliance with both local regulations and donor requirements.
This role is pivotal in maintaining financial integrity and supporting the organization’s mission in Ghana.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the country office’s financial activities, including cash management and bookkeeping.
- Prepare annual budgets, periodic financial reports, and management accounts.
- Ensure compliance with donor regulations and maintain audit readiness.
- Supervise finance staff and oversee financial systems and processes.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA).
- Minimum 5 years of finance management experience, preferably in an international NGO setting.
- Strong knowledge of donor compliance and reporting standards.
