Dairy Quality Manager (Based in Ghana)

About the role

Twellium Industrial Company Limited, a beverage and snack manufacturer founded in Ghana in 2013, is looking for a Dairy Quality Manager. The selected candidate will oversee all aspects of quality control and assurance so that products comply with health, safety and quality standards. The role works closely with production teams to drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal food safety and quality regulations, including HACCP, GMP, ISO and other relevant certifications.
• Oversee quality control inspections and supervise regular testing of raw materials, in-process products and finished goods.
• Analyse test results, identify deviations and implement corrective actions.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and work with production teams on quality issues.
• Evaluate vendor-supplied materials and work with suppliers to resolve quality problems.
• Maintain detailed records of quality activities, test results and corrective actions.
• Prepare and present quality reports to senior management and train the team on industry standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Food Science or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in a similar role; dairy experience is mandatory.
• Fluent in English; advanced degree or certification in quality management is a plus.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality assurance principles.
