About the role
The Data Analysis & Research Associate supports the Foundation's monitoring, evaluation, learning and research activities. The successful candidate helps collect, analyse and interpret data to support programme improvement, reporting, fundraising and strategic decisions. The position is full time and based in Greater Accra.
Key responsibilities
- Support data collection, cleaning and analysis activities
- Assist in research on education, technology, youth development and digital inclusion
- Develop reports, dashboards and data visualisations
- Support monitoring and evaluation across Foundation programmes
- Analyse programme performance data and identify trends
- Help prepare donor and impact reports
- Conduct surveys and stakeholder assessments
- Support proposal development through data gathering and research
- Maintain programme databases and records
- Present findings and recommendations to internal teams
