Operations Associate

About the role

The Operations Associate provides day-to-day support to the COO, helping track tasks and priorities across multiple business units. It suits a highly organised early-career professional who enjoys following up with people and keeping projects moving, combining light executive support with hands-on operations coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Support the COO in tracking tasks, deadlines and deliverables across different units
• Follow up with unit leads and teams on outstanding action items and flag delays
• Help organise the COO's calendar, meetings and daily priorities
• Take meeting notes and track resulting action items
• Prepare simple status updates and summaries ahead of meetings
• Assist with communication between the COO's office and other departments
• Support basic administrative and logistical tasks such as scheduling, documentation and travel arrangements

Required profile

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable following up with people and handling several things at once
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive, eager to learn and able to work with minimal supervision once briefed
• Discreet and trustworthy with sensitive information
