Digital Marketing and Community Growth Intern

About the role

We are looking for a creative, passionate, and proactive Digital Marketing & Community Growth Intern to lead our digital presence and tell the stories of the incredible work happening across our programmes. You will work closely with the CEO to create content that inspires parents, educators, students, and partners while positioning Konov as a leading voice in AI education across Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Create and publish engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Film, edit, and produce short‑form videos that showcase our programmes.
• Grow and nurture online communities through strategic storytelling.
• Collaborate with the CEO to align content with brand objectives.
• Meet deadlines and manage a 3‑month internship timeline independently.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Digital Media, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Strong interest in social media, content creation, and storytelling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.
• Passionate about technology, education, and youth development.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of Canva.
• Experience with video‑editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, VN, or similar.
