EV & Hybrid Vehicle Sales Advisor

About the role

InnovoCars is building Ghana's marketplace for electric and hybrid vehicles and smart mobility solutions, offering transparent pricing, reliable global sourcing and a structured buying experience. The EV & Hybrid Vehicle Sales Advisor is a full-time, hybrid role based in Accra with some flexibility for work from home. You will guide customers through selecting and purchasing electric and hybrid vehicles, explain features, benefits and total cost of ownership, and turn qualified enquiries into successful transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Qualify and respond to customer enquiries, understanding their needs, budgets and intended vehicle use
• Help customers discover and compare suitable EV and hybrid options
• Explain vehicle features, charging requirements, ownership considerations and expected running costs
• Conduct customer consultations virtually and in person
• Prepare and follow up on quotations and manage qualified leads through to reservation
• Coordinate reservations and handovers with internal teams
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records
• Develop referral and repeat-customer opportunities
• Capture customer feedback and market insights to help improve InnovoCars' offerings

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and customer-service skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Ability to explain technical EV/hybrid concepts clearly
• Experience in automotive sales, consultative sales or another customer-facing commercial role is preferred
• Commercial mindset with the ability to work toward measurable sales targets
• Genuine interest in electric vehicles, hybrids and the future of mobility

Required skills

• Comfortable using digital tools, CRM systems and online communication platforms
• Strong organization and follow-up discipline
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a growing team
