Field Sales Associate

About the role

BIMA Insurance, through Milvik Ghana Limited, is hiring a Field Sales Associate in Ghana. The role involves educating potential and existing customers about BIMA's products and services, matching solutions to customer needs and meeting sales targets while maintaining professional standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a quick understanding of BIMA's products and services and the sales approach expected of Field Sales Associates, staying up to date with product and service changes.
• Educate potential and existing customers about BIMA's offerings and answer their questions so they engage with and buy the products.
• Upsell suitable products and services to existing customers and match products to customer needs to build lasting relationships.
• Meet or exceed sales and other goals in line with BIMA's standards of professionalism, quality and conduct.
• Meet Team Leaders at the agreed spot and time each day and report any absence before the workday starts.
• Wear the BIMA field uniform daily and use BIMA's tools and systems to record customer and transaction information accurately.
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally, resolving product or service problems by clarifying the issue, finding the cause, proposing the best solution and following up until resolved.
• Adhere to the company's code of conduct, policies, guidelines and statutory requirements, and contribute actively to team meetings and learning initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum qualification: Senior High School (SHS).
• Preferred: experience selling insurance or working in the savings and loans sector.
