Field Sales Associate

About the role

BIMA is hiring full-time Field Sales Associates to sell its insurance products and services directly to customers. The role combines product knowledge, customer education and sales, with a focus on meeting sales targets while maintaining professional standards.

Key responsibilities

• Learn quickly the BIMA product and service offering and the sales approach expected, staying up to date with product changes
• Talk to potential and existing customers, explain products and services and answer their questions so they buy
• Upsell suitable products to existing customers and match products to customer needs to build lasting relationships
• Meet or exceed sales and other goals while following BIMA's standards of professionalism, quality and conduct
• Meet Team Leaders at the agreed spot and time each day and report absence early; wear the BIMA field uniform daily
• Use BIMA's tools and systems to record customer and transaction information accurately
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally, resolving product or service problems
• Follow the company's code of conduct, policies and statutory requirements
• Contribute actively to team meetings and learning initiatives

Required profile

• Minimum qualification: Senior High School (SHS)
• Preferred: experience selling insurance or working in the savings and loans sector
