Field Sales Associate

About the role

Milvik Ghana (BIMA), a FinTech company that uses mobile technology to bring insurance and health services to consumers with low incomes, is hiring a Field Sales Associate. The role involves educating potential and existing customers about BIMA's products and services, matching them to suitable offerings and meeting or exceeding sales targets while following the company's standards of professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Learn quickly the BIMA product and service offering and the sales approach expected of Field Sales Associates, staying up to date with product changes
• Educate potential and existing customers about the products and services, answer their questions and upsell appropriate products to existing customers
• Assess customer needs and match them to BIMA products to build lasting relationships
• Meet or exceed sales and other goals while maintaining professional standards
• Meet Team Leaders at the agreed spot and time each day and report absence in advance
• Wear the BIMA field uniform daily
• Use BIMA's tools and systems to record customer and transaction information accurately
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally, resolving product or service problems
• Follow the business code of conduct, corporate policies and statutory requirements
• Contribute actively to team meetings and learning initiatives

Required profile

• Full-time employment
• Minimum qualification: Senior High School (SHS)
• Preferred: experience selling insurance or working in the savings and loans sector

What we offer

• Compensation on a basis of salary and allowance of GHc3k plus commission
