HoReCa Supervisor

About the role

Multipro Private Limited, a Kellogg Tolaram company and one of Ghana's largest FMCG distributors, is hiring a HoReCa Supervisor. The role oversees sales and distribution in the Hotels, Restaurants and Cafés channel and is described as a full-time, on-site position. The text states the role is based in Accra, but the listing also gives Kumasi and the Ashanti Region as the location.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coach field sales teams
• Plan and execute route-to-market strategies
• Ensure product availability and visibility across assigned outlets
• Build and maintain relationships with key HoReCa customers, negotiate orders and promotions and monitor competitors
• Track sales performance, prepare regular reports and work with marketing and logistics teams
• Make regular in-market visits, resolve customer issues promptly and follow company policies and standards

Required profile

• Experience supervising teams, monitoring performance and coaching field sales or merchandising staff
• Previous experience in FMCG distribution or HoReCa operations in Ghana, especially Kumasi and surrounding areas, is an advantage
• Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel within assigned territories
• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field preferred
