About the role
The Field Teller & Cleaner supports the branch by handling member transactions and maintaining a clean, safe environment. This entry‑level position combines basic teller duties with routine cleaning tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Register new members and maintain accurate records.
- Perform reconciliation on member passbooks.
- Educate members on account services.
- Collect daily cash, issue official receipts and deposit funds within approved timelines.
- Comply with KYC regulations and operational risk policies.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
- Sweep, vacuum, mop floors and dust/polish furniture and fixtures.
- Empty trash and recycling bins.
- Identify and report maintenance issues to management.
Required profile
- No prior experience required.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Willingness to perform cleaning duties.
- Commitment to follow KYC and confidentiality standards.

- Competitive monthly salary between GHS 1,500 and GHS 1,800.
