Finance Associate – Record to Report (R2R)

About the role

Join Nestlé Business Solutions in Accra as a Finance Associate focused on Record to Report (R2R). You will support multi‑market accounting operations, especially for French‑speaking markets, ensuring accurate financial reporting and balance‑sheet integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Execute general ledger accounting and post journal entries in SAP FI according to control requirements.
• Perform account reconciliations (GL, bank, intercompany, fixed assets) and resolve variances promptly.
• Support period‑end closing activities and prepare validated financial reports.
• Maintain balance‑sheet integrity through detailed analysis and issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and Nestlé Accounting Standards (NAS) and IFRS.
• Provide French‑language support to stakeholders, handling queries and accounting issues.
• Contribute to process improvement, standardisation, and automation initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Partly or fully qualified ACCA/ICA.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).

Required skills

• SAP FI module proficiency.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS.
