Finance Director – Manufacturing

About the role
We are seeking a Finance Director to lead the finance and administration functions of a leading manufacturing company in Accra. The role will shape financial strategy, ensure robust controls, and support the company’s growth objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Establish and maintain an integrated financial system and operational plan.
- Design financial structures and strategies to improve efficiency.
- Implement and oversee internal control systems.
- Monitor the company’s financial position on an ongoing basis.
- Develop a treasury function and manage cash flow.
- Create budgeting processes and long‑term financial plans.
- Secure appropriate insurance coverage for company assets.
- Supervise statutory record keeping.
- Develop and manage an efficient procurement system.
- Oversee stores management to protect raw material assets.
Required profile
- Qualified ACCA, CIMA, CA or CPA.
- University degree majoring in Accounting or Finance.
- At least 10 years of post‑qualification experience, including 5 years in a manufacturing environment.
