About the role
The Fleet Technical Operations Specialist will oversee the maintenance, repair, and parts procurement for a fleet of vehicles, ensuring minimal downtime and cost‑effective solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Manage repair and maintenance processes, engage reliable mechanics and auto electricians, and negotiate repair costs.
- Monitor vehicle condition, track damage cases, and recover repair costs from responsible parties.
- Provide hands‑on technical support to drivers using the Yango driver application, troubleshooting issues and answering operational questions.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of the Toyota Vitz spare‑parts market in Ghana, source and order parts locally and internationally, verify compatibility, and coordinate delivery.
