Operations Manager

About the role

Our client seeks an experienced Operations Manager to design and oversee the systems that keep production, warehousing, and distribution running smoothly. You will own procurement, supply planning, inventory strategy, logistics, and facilities, playing a central role in restructuring operations for growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop purchasing plans, manage supplier sourcing, negotiation and performance.
• Establish inventory policies, oversee Warehouse & Inventory Associates.
• Coordinate distribution and replenishment across retail, wholesale and e‑commerce channels.
• Lead implementation of Unleashed Software for inventory and operations.
• Document SOPs and drive continuous improvement in procurement, warehousing and facilities.
• Oversee facilities and preventive maintenance programmes.
• Partner closely with Production, QA, Sales, Marketing and Finance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Logistics or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing, FMCG, cosmetics, food or pharmaceuticals.
• Proven experience managing procurement, inventory, logistics or operational systems (ERP/MRP a plus).
• Strong Excel and data‑management abilities with solid supplier negotiation experience.
