About the role
The Warehouse Specialist will support the team by managing and maintaining accurate records, both digital and physical, ensuring data quality and confidentiality.
Key responsibilities
- Collect, update, and manage information effectively with team members.
- Input and maintain records accurately in electronic databases and filing systems.
- Monitor data quality standards and ensure compliance with organizational procedures.
- Validate information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Provide administrative support to staff and departments.
- Identify and correct errors, inconsistencies, or missing information in records.
Required profile
- Reliable, honest, and hardworking personality.
- Previous experience in data entry, clerical work, or office administration is an advantage.
- Fast and accurate typing skills with strong attention to detail.
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage time well.
- Ability to follow instructions carefully and check/correct data errors.
