About the role
The company is seeking a full‑time Forklift Operator to work on‑site in Kumasi. You will safely operate forklifts to move, load and unload materials in warehouses, yards or customer locations while supporting shipping and receiving activities.
Key responsibilities
- Operate forklifts safely to transport, load and unload goods.
- Assist with shipping and receiving, organize inventory, and prepare goods for transport.
- Perform basic equipment checks before and after use and maintain clean work areas.
Required profile
- Valid forklift operator certification or willingness to obtain one.
- Ability to follow safety guidelines, lift moderate to heavy loads and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Forklift operation (driving, loading, maneuvering in tight spaces).
- Shipping & receiving documentation and inventory movement.
- Material handling and unloading techniques.
- Packing, securing and labeling goods for storage or shipment.
