About the role
The Stock Controller will be the operational heartbeat of the retail depot, managing stock allocation, reconciliation and returns while ensuring inventory accuracy and supporting customer promises.
Key responsibilities
- Receive, allocate and reconcile stock for sales activities and conduct regular audits.
- Oversee end‑to‑end inventory movement, including timely returns to the warehouse.
- Maintain depot standards to reflect M‑KOPA’s operational culture.
- Troubleshoot product issues, coordinate in‑warranty repairs and handle customer interactions.
- Produce daily stock status reports for visibility across the operation.
Required profile
- Demonstrable experience in stock management or a customer‑facing operations role, preferably in retail or logistics.
- College diploma or degree in a relevant field with strong attention to detail.
- Commitment to accuracy and ability to work in a fast‑growing, mission‑driven environment.
Required skills
- Strong command of Excel for analyzing stock data and identifying discrepancies.
