About the role
Pat Styles is hiring a Front Desk Officer / Admin Officer in Cantonments, Accra. The role covers welcoming customers, handling enquiries and performing basic administrative tasks in a retail environment.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome customers and visitors professionally and answer phone calls, messages and direct enquiries.
- Provide information about the company's products and services.
- Manage customer appointments and fittings, and assist with enquiries about orders, deliveries and product availability.
- Handle customer complaints politely and refer complex issues to management.
- Keep the reception area clean, organised and presentable.
- Perform basic administrative duties such as filing and data entry.
Required profile
- Minimum of SHS certificate; a diploma is an advantage.
- At least 1 year of experience in a front desk, receptionist or customer service role.
- Well-organised, polite and professional.
- An interest in fashion or retail is an advantage.
Required skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills.
