Full-Stack Developer – Onsite

About the role

Afriam Network is seeking a skilled Full‑Stack Developer to join its on‑site team in Accra. You will work on a multi‑tenant SaaS platform, enhancing security, billing, and integration capabilities while ensuring high‑quality code and reliable deployments.

Key responsibilities

• Audit and verify existing codebases against documented or assumed functionality.
• Harden multi‑tenant data access and enforce access‑control policies.
• Build and maintain OAuth‑based third‑party integrations, handling token refresh and failures.
• Implement billing and entitlement logic with idempotent webhook handling.
• Support compliance in outbound communications, including opt‑out handling and send‑time restrictions.
• Establish staging environments and CI/CD gates that enforce quality before deployment.
• Write end‑to‑end test coverage for critical user flows.
• Contribute to unified authentication and identity systems across multiple applications.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript for both frontend (React/Next.js) and backend (Node.js).
• Production experience with relational databases, especially PostgreSQL, and designing access‑control policies.
• Hands‑on experience integrating third‑party OAuth flows end‑to‑end.
• Experience with billing platforms and webhook‑driven business logic.
• Ability to work within existing, imperfectly documented codebases.
• Excellent estimation skills and proactive communication under uncertainty.
