Head, Digital & Change Enablement

About the role

The Head, Digital & Change Enablement will lead the bank’s enterprise-wide digital transformation and change agenda, turning strategy into a prioritized portfolio of digital, process and organisational initiatives. This senior leader will ensure that investments deliver measurable benefits for customers, colleagues and the business.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a multi‑year digital transformation roadmap aligned with the bank’s strategy.
• Identify, assess and prioritise opportunities to digitise customer and colleague journeys, simplify processes and automate work.
• Provide strategic oversight of change enablement, organisational readiness, adoption and benefits realisation.
• Set direction for enterprise architecture and ensure technology investments align with architecture principles.
• Partner with executive leaders, technology, risk, finance and external stakeholders to drive execution.
• Monitor external trends, emerging technologies and regulatory requirements, recommending actions that enhance competitiveness and resilience.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large‑scale digital transformation programmes in a complex, regulated environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior executives.
• Deep understanding of enterprise architecture, change management and benefits realisation.
• Track record of delivering customer‑centric, data‑informed solutions.
