Full Stack Engineering Lead (.net, React)

About the role

CodeLn is looking for a Full‑Stack Engineering Lead to drive technical direction across its web, mobile and backend platforms. Reporting to the Engineering Director, you will own architecture, set engineering standards and mentor a growing team of developers.

Key responsibilities

• Define and enforce end‑to‑end technical direction, balancing modular monolith and micro‑service approaches.
• Apply Domain‑Driven Design to establish clear domain boundaries, aggregates and events.
• Partner with Product Owners and Project Managers to clarify requirements, break epics into deliverable slices and plan realistic sprints.
• Lead code reviews, pair programming and coaching sessions to raise team quality.
• Guide UI development on web (React/Next.js) and mobile (React Native) with a focus on performance, accessibility and responsive design.
• Design, implement and secure backend services using .NET Core, including API contracts, resiliency patterns and background processing.
• Own database schema design, migrations, indexing and query optimisation.
• Establish observability foundations for monitoring system health.
• Support hiring, onboarding and the continuous improvement of engineering culture.

Required profile

• Proven full‑stack experience shipping production‑grade products.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of mentoring engineers.
• Deep understanding of DDD, micro‑services and architectural trade‑offs.
• Ability to translate business goals into technical solutions.
