Full-time Mentorship Program – Mentee Position

About the role

CBES is offering a full‑time, on‑site mentorship program in Accra for recent graduates and early‑career professionals. As a mentee you will receive structured coaching, training workshops and practical assignments designed to develop professional and business competencies.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in scheduled coaching sessions and training workshops.
• Complete assigned learning tasks and practical projects.
• Collaborate with mentors to set learning goals and track progress.
• Engage actively in group discussions and provide feedback.
• Apply newly acquired knowledge to real‑world scenarios.

Required profile

• Motivated to learn and improve professional or business skills.
• Able to commit to a full‑time, on‑site program in Accra.
• Strong communication skills, including active listening.
• Team‑oriented and able to contribute positively to group activities.
• Basic digital literacy and willingness to use online learning platforms.
• Open‑minded, adaptable and receptive to constructive feedback.
