About the role
CBES is offering a full‑time, on‑site mentorship program in Accra for recent graduates and early‑career professionals. As a mentee you will receive structured coaching, training workshops and practical assignments designed to develop professional and business competencies.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in scheduled coaching sessions and training workshops.
- Complete assigned learning tasks and practical projects.
- Collaborate with mentors to set learning goals and track progress.
- Engage actively in group discussions and provide feedback.
- Apply newly acquired knowledge to real‑world scenarios.
Required profile
- Motivated to learn and improve professional or business skills.
- Able to commit to a full‑time, on‑site program in Accra.
- Strong communication skills, including active listening.
- Team‑oriented and able to contribute positively to group activities.
- Basic digital literacy and willingness to use online learning platforms.
- Open‑minded, adaptable and receptive to constructive feedback.
