About the role

Prixin Company Limited is looking for a qualified HSE Officer to ensure health, safety and environmental compliance across its construction project sites. The role involves on‑site inspections, risk assessments and promoting safe work practices.

Key responsibilities

Conduct site safety inspections and risk assessments.
Enforce PPE requirements and safe work practices.
Deliver toolbox talks and safety inductions.
Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.
Maintain HSE records and ensure regulatory compliance.

Required profile

Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering or a related field.
Relevant HSE experience, preferably in construction.
Strong communication, reporting and problem‑solving skills.
Willingness to work on project sites, including locations outside Accra.
