High Net Worth Advisor – Life Insurance

About the role

The High Net Worth Advisor will join GLICO Life Insurance in Accra to manage and develop relationships with high‑net‑worth clients, delivering tailored life‑insurance and financial solutions. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on understanding client needs and providing personalized plans that secure their financial future.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and assess the financial and insurance needs of high‑net‑worth individuals and families.
• Design and present customized life‑insurance and wealth‑management plans.
• Maintain ongoing client communication to ensure satisfaction and address any changes.
• Conduct market research and stay informed of industry trends.
• Manage client portfolios, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with internal underwriting, sales, and support teams to deliver seamless service.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Knowledge of financial planning, insurance products and market trends.
• Analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• Organizational capability to manage multiple client portfolios.
• Commitment to confidentiality and long‑term relationship building.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or a related field.
• Previous experience in life insurance, finance or client relationship management is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using CRM software.
