About the role
Join Marriott International as a Guest Environment Expert, responsible for delivering a memorable and unique experience through immaculate hotel spaces. You will work across rooms and public areas, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms, public spaces and stock carts according to Marriott standards.
- Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a safe workplace by following company policies, procedures and confidentiality guidelines.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying and moving objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
- Uphold uniform, personal appearance and communication standards at all times.
Required profile
- Ability to stand, sit or walk for extended periods.
- Physical capability to move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects weighing ≤ 50 lb.
- Commitment to safety, quality standards and professional conduct.
- Willingness to work full‑time on‑site in Accra, Ghana.
