HR Business Partner & People & Culture Lead

About the role

The HR Business Partner (People & Culture Lead) will act as the strategic bridge between human resources and business objectives for MAC Partners Group. Reporting to the Group CEO & Commercial Director, you will lead the design and implementation of HR systems, organizational structures, performance frameworks, talent pipelines, learning programs, and culture initiatives across the Group’s subsidiaries.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain organograms, role profiles, job grading and competency frameworks for all subsidiaries.
• Translate the Group’s strategic goals into workforce plans and support restructuring initiatives.
• Lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition for technical, administrative, leadership, training and factory roles across Ghana and emerging markets.
• Develop and roll out a Group‑wide performance management framework using KPIs, scorecards and quarterly reviews.
• Collaborate with subsidiary leaders to set targets, track performance and enforce accountability.
• Drive culture‑building initiatives, operationalise leadership development programs and facilitate internal communications that reinforce professionalism and teamwork.
• Conduct annual training needs analyses and coordinate delivery of skills development programmes.

Required profile

• Senior HR professional with proven experience in strategic HR, organisational development and talent acquisition.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement performance management and compensation frameworks.
• Experience working with senior leadership in fast‑growing engineering, manufacturing or technical training environments.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with a track record of influencing culture and leadership development.
