Immersive Internship Programme – 6‑Week Full‑Time Tech Internship

About the role

The Immersive Internship Programme (IIP) is a six‑week, full‑time, onsite experience designed for Ghanaian university students studying Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related STEM fields. Participants will work on real software development projects, receive mentorship from industry professionals, and build a professional network.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with development teams on front‑end or back‑end tasks.
• Write, test, and debug code under guidance.
• Attend daily stand‑ups, mentorship sessions, and technical workshops.
• Contribute to project documentation and code reviews.
• Participate in team‑building and social activities.

Required profile

• Ghanaian citizen currently in the third year of a bachelor’s programme or second year of an HND in a relevant field.
• Basic understanding of programming concepts.
• Ability to relocate to or reside in Accra, Takoradi, or Kumasi for the duration.
• Prior experience in the chosen specialization (frontend or backend) is advantageous but not mandatory.
