Independent Sales Representative (Contract)

About the role

The Grin Hub is a global-focused organization combining an academy, language learning, skills development and pathway programs. It is hiring an Independent Sales and Marketing Agent on a contract basis in the Greater Accra Region (Adenta area) and/or Nsawam, Eastern Region, Ghana. The role is hybrid, mixing on-site activity with some work from home, and calls for self-discipline and autonomy since there is no direct supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and follow up with leads, and conduct consultations with potential learners.
• Deliver presentations or information sessions about program offerings.
• Log activities, track enrollments and enter client records into the system using a smartphone.
• Work remotely with the core team to run marketing campaigns, handle customer inquiries and support enrolled learners.

Required profile

• Proven ability to work alone, stay motivated and deliver results without daily supervision.
• Owns and is proficient with at least a smartphone to manage sales records online or in person.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to present programs clearly and build relationships.
• Customer service skills, with experience answering inquiries and resolving concerns.
• Sales skills, including lead generation, consultative selling and closing enrollment or partnership opportunities.
• Leadership potential and interest in managing teams; familiarity with basic marketing, social media promotion and community outreach is an advantage.
