Industrial Spray Painter

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Spray Painter to join our on‑site team in Tema. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing surfaces and applying paint finishes to components and structures in accordance with project specifications and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Clean, sand, mask and prime surfaces before painting.
• Mix, thin and match paints and coatings to required colours and formulas.
• Set up and operate spray equipment, ensuring consistent coverage and colour accuracy.
• Apply protective and decorative finishes, perform touch‑ups and inspect work for quality.
• Maintain spray booths, tools and work areas in good condition.
• Follow all health, safety and environmental procedures and use appropriate PPE.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production targets and project deadlines.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a spray painter in industrial, construction or automotive settings (preferred).
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, technical specifications and safety guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail, good hand‑eye coordination and capacity to work in a physically demanding environment.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Tema and adhere to company policies.
