About the role

Prudential Life Insurance Ghana is seeking a full‑time Insurance Financial Consultant to join its Accra office. You will help clients plan their financial futures, including retirement and investment strategies, while delivering tailored insurance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse clients' financial situations and identify appropriate insurance and investment options.
• Provide personalized financial planning and retirement planning advice.
• Advise individuals and businesses on suitable insurance strategies.
• Maintain and grow client relationships, spotting opportunities for additional services.
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales and service targets.

Required profile

• Proficiency in financial planning and retirement planning.
• Strong knowledge of investments and finance.
• Excellent analytical ability to evaluate financial data.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
• Prior experience in insurance or financial services is a plus.
• Commitment to continuous professional development.
