Junior Accountant – Ghana Project

About the role
The Finance department of Hari Agro Industries is seeking a Junior Accountant to support its Ghana Project. The role involves day‑to‑day bookkeeping, reconciliations and basic reporting for operations in the Volta Region.
Key responsibilities
- Record daily accounting entries and maintain accurate financial records.
- Perform bank, vendor and customer reconciliations.
- Process invoices, track payments and document expenses.
- Assist in preparing simple financial reports and audit documentation.
- File bills, vouchers, receipts and supporting documents in an organized manner.
- Coordinate with internal teams for accounting and payment follow‑ups.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related field.
- 1–2 years of accounting or finance experience, or recent graduate with strong accounting knowledge.
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles and attention to detail.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, SAP or Zoho Books.
- Basic bookkeeping and data‑entry abilities.
