Key Account Manager – Ghana

About the role

Kerry is seeking a Senior Key Account Manager to drive growth and profitability across high‑value strategic customer accounts in Ghana. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, own the sales P&L and collaborate cross‑functionally to deliver innovative, value‑based solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all sales efforts for assigned customers and manage key relationships.
• Negotiate and finalize commercial agreements that meet margin targets.
• Prioritise and develop strategic accounts to create sustainable growth.
• Manage volume of business, optimise use of Kerry technologies and execute pricing plans.
• Ensure compliance with Kerry guidelines and systems.
• Participate in annual budget development, monitor variances and improve customer satisfaction.
• Analyse business trends to shape growth strategy and maintain the opportunity pipeline.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• 5+ years progressive account management experience, including large/complex accounts.
• Advanced negotiation, analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with CRM and data‑driven decision‑making at a strategic level.
• Technical experience in the beverage and snacks sector.
