Sales and Field Marketing Executive

About the role

J.O. Agyapong Group is seeking energetic and results‑driven Sales & Field Marketing Executives to expand its market presence across construction, real estate, technology and related sectors. The role involves prospecting new clients, building relationships and driving business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new sales leads through field prospecting, referrals, networking and other business development activities.
• Visit prospective clients, construction sites and businesses to uncover and develop opportunities.
• Promote and present the Group's products, services and project solutions to both prospective and existing clients.
• Achieve agreed monthly and quarterly sales and lead‑generation targets.
• Represent the Group professionally during client meetings, site visits, networking events and other business engagements.

Required profile

• HND or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant sales, field marketing or business development experience.
• Experience in construction, building materials, real estate, interior solutions, manufacturing or related industry is an advantage.

Required skills

• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work independently and actively in the field.
