Lead Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Lead Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to treat infrastructure as a product and automation as a mindset. In this senior position you will design and build cloud environments from the ground up, create reliable delivery pipelines and ensure operational excellence for multiple client projects.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain cloud infrastructure across diverse projects using Infrastructure as Code.
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows with tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI or Jenkins.
• Provision, operate and troubleshoot containerised workloads in Kubernetes clusters.
• Implement monitoring, logging, alerting and observability using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK or Loki.
• Improve deployment reliability through release strategies, rollback mechanisms and secrets management.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance developer experience and delivery efficiency.
• Mentor team members and champion DevOps best practices.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on DevOps or Platform Engineering experience.
• Strong production background with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proven experience building CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid expertise in AWS and familiarity with Azure or GCP.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Pulumi.
• Linux administration and scripting skills (Bash, Python or Go).
• Good understanding of networking, DNS, security, TLS and cloud architecture principles.
