Lead DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer who treats infrastructure as a product and automation as a mindset. You will design and build cloud environments from the ground up, create reliable delivery pipelines, and establish operational excellence for multiple client projects.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure across several projects and environments.
• Create and manage CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows using tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Pulumi, or Ansible.
• Deploy, operate, and troubleshoot containerised workloads in Kubernetes clusters.
• Set up monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Loki, etc.
• Improve release reliability through rollout strategies, rollback mechanisms, and secrets management.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance developer experience and delivery speed.
• Mentor team members and champion DevOps best practices.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on DevOps or Platform Engineering experience.
• Strong production experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proven ability to build CI/CD pipelines and work with IaC tools.
• Solid experience with AWS and familiarity with Azure or GCP.
• Excellent Linux administration and scripting skills (Bash, Python, or Go).
• Good understanding of networking, DNS, security, TLS, and cloud architecture.
