About the role

The E.P. College of Education in Amedzofe is seeking qualified academics to join its faculty as Lecturers across several subject areas, including Early Childhood Education, Art (Graphics and Textiles), English Language/Literature, Religious and Moral Education, ICT, and Geography. Successful candidates will contribute to teaching, research, and community service within a vibrant tertiary environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver lectures, tutorials and practical sessions for assigned courses.
• Design, set and mark assignments, examinations and invigilate exams.
• Supervise student projects, internships and teaching practice.
• Conduct research, publish in reputable journals and contribute to departmental scholarship.
• Participate in departmental administration and college-wide service activities.

Required profile

• Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in the relevant discipline.
• Master of Philosophy (MPhil) or equivalent research master’s degree.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum two years experience as a Lecturer in a recognized college or university.
• Evidence of scholarly publications (preferred).
